These Auction Terms and Conditions govern your participation in auctions hosted by Americana Rare Coin. By registering to bid or placing a bid on any item in our online only auctions, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
The Auctioneer
The auctioneer for Americana Rare Coin's public online auctions is Americana Rare Coin. The following terms apply specifically to auction items. Please reference the bidding card on each individual product page for the lot's current bid, number of bids, start price, start time, end time and next minimum bid.
Registration
To register to bid, please create an account here.
Shipping Policy
Please reference our Shipping Policy, as the same policy applies for auction sales.
Return Policy
Please reference our Refund Policy, as the same policy applies for auction sales.
Popcorn Bidding
All auctions use popcorn bidding, meaning when a bid is placed in the time left (3 minutes), an extended time period (1 minute) will be added and countdown again.
Payment Methods
Americana Rare Coin accepts payment for auction sales in the form of PayPal or credit card (same as other online sales). Payment is due within three business days upon receipt of the invoice.
No Buyer's Premium
There will be no buyer's premiums associated with any lots in Americana Rare Coin's online auctions.
Email Updates
Bidders will receive email auction updates throughout the auction to stay informed on current bids.
